Advertising on The Omnimystery Family of Mystery Websites
We offer several advertising options for promoting your mystery book or other mystery-related product on Omnimystery News and other websites within the Omnimystery Family. Advertising on Omnimystery News
On our blog, Omnimystery News, which currently registers approximately 40,000 pageviews per month, 300x250px banner ads can be placed near the top of the right-hand sidebar. Ads must be placed for a minimum term of 30 days, with discounts available for quarterly or annual terms. Contact us at info@omnimystery.com for current rates.
To address the requests we've received about alternative advertising on Omnimystery News, we're introducing Featured Book Promotions. These promotions — an example of one is shown, right — are placed in our sidebar and include the following features:
• Title and author with optional link to author's website;
• Tagline (e.g. A Novel of Suspense or A Jane Smith Mystery or "It was a dark and stormy night …");
• Brief synopsis or summary (up to 50 words or 350 characters);
• Up to 4 optional links to your social media pages (such as Facebook, Twitter, Amazon Author Page, Goodreads, Google+, or blog);
• Up to 3 purchase links (Amazon, Barnes&Noble, Kobo, or iTunes).
Book Promotions may be purchased for $49 per 30-day period. If an excerpt is available and submitted to us, we'll feature it in a separate post on our blog during the period in which the ad runs.
Google Adsense Advertising
If you have a Google Adsense account and prefer to use it for advertising, we can work with you to set up an ad on any of our sites/pages. Contact us for details.
Advertising on other Omnimystery Sites
We are happy to discuss potential advertising opportunities on other Omnimystery sites. Contact us at info@omnimystery.com to inquire about specific pages on which you are interested in placing ads.
Other Ways to Promote your Books
Mystery and Crime Fiction Reviews
Our mystery and crime fiction review website, Mysterious Reviews, publishes original reviews of mysteries, novels of suspense, and thrillers in all age categories (adult, young adult, and children). Review summaries initially appear on our blog Omnimystery News and then are subsequently indexed on Mysterious Reviews. More information on our review process can be found on our Mysterious Reviews FAQ page. We do not charge a fee to review books.
Guest Blogging
You are welcome to guest blog on Omnimystery News. We do not, however, provide open access to the blog for posts. All posts must be pre-approved prior to posting. We prefer original content, though that is not a requirement. There is no charge to guest blog on our site. For more information, visit our Author Events page.
Author Interviews
We are pleased to do author interviews via e-mail, which are published on Omnimystery News. We will provide a list of written questions to which the author responds. A short biography is also included in the final interview. There is no charge to be interviewed by us. For more information, visit our Author Events page.
General Book Promotion
